What's Up!?
This week: Swiftwick socks

Are your socks tired of being SINGLE and LOOKING?! Well LOOK no further...

Swiftwick socks are here!

No more blisters...

Swiftwick socks...

...Last a long time
...They're tight around the foot, no sagging
...protects from moisture
...feel good in all the right places

;)

BUT REALLY... you can choose the compression, cushion, sock material, sock height, and color that makes you, YOU. There is no bad option. When it comes to sock quality, it is IMPORTANT. Your feet carry all of your stress, your whole body every, single, step. They deserve to be comfy and happy. The happier your feet are, the happier you are and the more adventure you can chase!
They are made in the USA and are committed to making the best products.

Happy to announce I am now partnering with Swiftwick!

Does sock length matter?

How to rock your sock length!

One- no show- For the runners and triathletes who just shaved their legs and want to show them off.

Two- ankle- For a little more cushion on the heel, so no more blisters!

Four- quarter crew- Trail runners that don't want to slice their heels open or get extremely dirty, can give you a little bit of a cankle

Five- crew- Classic look. Mainly road cyclists. Prestige. No more mockery.

Six- crew- My favorite. Sits right below the calf. Show off to the school childern that your sock pattern is better than theirs

Seven- crew- Getting ready to do a boss workout and you want people to know it. Maybe the mountain biker or hiker type.

Eight- tall crew- These can be for the longer legged folks, or people trying to keep their legs warm, useful for wearing over pants. Or for basketball and baseball players.

Twelve- knee high- Typical triathlete or air plane traveller. You want people to know you're an athlete. Trying to recover like the pros. The compression sock stabilize muscles to reduce fatigue and improve performance

Fun Fact: This photo was from July 24th, 2012. The first year I was on the Elite Triathlon Academy at the Olympic Training Center. I  fell in love with Swiftwick then, and I'm representing them now.
Also, I miss these guys!
